charming stay
warm welcome clean room fresh water good breakfast
I found the service really good. The reception team offered a very warm welcome. my room was clean, and i appreciated the fresh water with vegetables upon arrival. the downstairs terrace, facing a quiet street, filled the space with light. the breakfast selection was indeed very good.
The gym room included a steam room and a sauna. Using these made working out quite uncomfortable because of the heat.

the hotel features a rooftop area, though the pool depth measures only 70 cm. a gym is also available for guest use, but the sauna and steam room can make it less comfortable. the bar on the rooftop is self service.

unwelcoming reception arrogant staff
the breakfast selection had a good variety, including non-dairy options.
I found the reception staff to be less than cute. They came off as somewhat arrogant. it wasn't the greeting i hoped for after a long journey, leaving a sour note at the start of my stay.

a tender retreat
warm greeting fresh pastries cherished haven
The reception staff greeted me so warmly and i felt instantly at ease. i enjoyed several breakfasts with a wonderful selection of fresh pastries. the room offered a soothing respite after my city walks. It became my cherished haven after full days.
i noticed one small detail that could use attention, the gym, it felt a little too warm during peak hours.

the room was clean and pleasant with a stylish bathroom. i noticed excellent variety for breakfast options. the staff were wonderful and friendly
the room was quite small and the view left much to be desired. we lacked power sockets there was even no power socket from one of the bedsides

superb hotel experience
efficient staff good variety excellent restaurants
the reception staff were efficient. breakfast offered a good variety to start the day. its proximity to the metro made getting around easy. i found some excellent local restaurants nearby.
the room i stayed in felt a bit outdated. the shower temperature fluctuated unexpectedly from warm to hot. i struggled to maintain a comfortable shower. there were also limited power sockets available near one of the bedsides.
