I found the service really good. The reception team offered a very warm welcome. my room was clean, and i appreciated the fresh water with vegetables upon arrival. the downstairs terrace, facing a quiet street, filled the space with light. the breakfast selection was indeed very good.
The gym room included a steam room and a sauna. Using these made working out quite uncomfortable because of the heat.

the hotel features a rooftop area, though the pool depth measures only 70 cm. a gym is also available for guest use, but the sauna and steam room can make it less comfortable. the bar on the rooftop is self service.

I found the reception staff to be less than cute. They came off as somewhat arrogant. it wasn't the greeting i hoped for after a long journey, leaving a sour note at the start of my stay.

The reception staff greeted me so warmly and i felt instantly at ease. i enjoyed several breakfasts with a wonderful selection of fresh pastries. the room offered a soothing respite after my city walks. It became my cherished haven after full days.
i noticed one small detail that could use attention, the gym, it felt a little too warm during peak hours.

the reception staff were efficient. breakfast offered a good variety to start the day. its proximity to the metro made getting around easy. i found some excellent local restaurants nearby.
the room i stayed in felt a bit outdated. the shower temperature fluctuated unexpectedly from warm to hot. i struggled to maintain a comfortable shower. there were also limited power sockets available near one of the bedsides.
